The VTUS-3000 transformer is compatible with both 110V and 220V inputs, and it can convert 110V to 220V or 220V to 110V, making it suitable for use with various domestic and overseas electrical appliances.

It is important to select the correct input voltage before using the transformer. When the input voltage is 110V (220V), please turn the voltage selector to 110V (220V) and then insert the plug into the 110V (220V) power source. The connected appliance must be compatible with the correct voltage noted on the socket.

The transformer is compatible with 100V-120V Type A/B sockets as well as universal sockets that fit EU, UK, AU, and other regions with 220V-240V Type E/F/G/I sockets. For Type C sockets, it is recommended to use a plug adapter, as the universal socket may be a little loose.

For safety reasons, it is recommended to use a voltage converter/transformer with a maximum wattage that is at least 50% higher than the appliance's power consumption. Some appliances, such as heating appliances, power tools, air conditioners, laser printers, and coffee makers, may require 2-4 times more watts at startup than the printed rated wattage. For high-wattage, heat-producing items, a 3x efficiency factor is recommended.
